Crown Homes Holdings coordinates notarial steps for land and property clients across Cameroon. We keep a register of practising notaries we refer that work to. Apply below and we will confirm your registration with your chamber before adding you.

What we never ask for

We do not ask for your login details, your seal, or your signature, and we never act in your name. Every notarial act stays yours to perform. We hold proof that you practise, nothing more.

How it works

You apply, with your practising certificate attached.
We confirm your notarial roll number with your professional_body.
We email you the decision, usually within a few business days.
You bill clients directly for the notarial acts you carry out.

Your documents

PDF, image or Word, up to 10MB each. They are stored privately, read only by our review staff, and deleted 90 days after a decision if we do not add you.
