Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Land's Verifier Portal, operated by Crown Homes Holdings. By registering or submitting a request, you agree to them.

What this service is

This portal lets you submit a property's address, certificate number, and plot details, along with supporting documents, for a Crown Homes Holdings reviewer to examine. A reviewer reads what you submit and reaches a decision, which always comes with a reason. This is an internal review process, not a government land-registry determination — an approval reflects what Crown Homes Holdings found in the documents and details you provided, not a legal guarantee of title.

Your account

You agree to register with accurate information and to keep your login credentials to yourself. Each account is for one person. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Submitting a request

A request needs a property address, certificate number, plot number, the nature of your request, confirmation of ownership, and at least one supporting document. Only submit documents you have the right to share. Uploaded files are checked server-side for type and size regardless of what your device reports.

Fees and payment

A verification fee applies per request, shown to you before you pay, by mobile money or card. Your request is created once that payment is confirmed successful.

Refunds

Refunds aren't automatic. If one is warranted, Crown Homes Holdings staff process it directly through the payment provider and record it against your request.

Service availability

We aim to keep the portal available and requests reviewed promptly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access or a fixed review time.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters to how you use the portal, the date above will change too. Continuing to use the portal after an update means you accept it.
