About Land's Verifier Portal

Land's Verifier Portal gives property owners a way to submit a land certificate for review and walk away with a verification certificate anyone can check. A reviewer reads what you submit, approves, rejects, or holds it with a reason, and the result carries a QR code that resolves to a public confirmation page. No account is needed to check a result, and none of your personal details are shown to the person checking it.

The portal is operated by Crown Homes Holdings, in the same way a company runs a product under its own name. Land's Verifier Portal is the product; Crown Homes Holdings is who stands behind it, reviews submissions, and offers the wider range of property services listed on the Services page.
