This page describes what Land's Verifier Portal collects, why, and who can see it. The portal is operated by Crown Homes Holdings.

Information we collect

  • When you register: your name, email, phone number, address, and password.
  • When you submit a verification request: the property address, certificate number, plot number, the nature of your request, your ownership confirmation, and the documents you upload.
  • When you submit a service inquiry: your name, email, and the phone number or message you choose to include.
  • When you pay: the payment outcome and reference details. Your card number or mobile money PIN is never collected or stored by this portal — payment is handled directly by Fapshi or Flutterwave, whichever you choose.

How we use it

To create and manage your account, review and act on your verification request, send you email updates when its status changes, process your payment, and follow up on a service inquiry you've submitted. We do not sell your information, and nothing on this portal shares your data with advertisers.

Who can see it

Your submission is visible to you and to the staff reviewing it. Someone who checks your verification result through its QR code or the public lookup page sees only the result itself — the property, certificate, and decision — never your name, contact details, or uploaded documents. Uploaded files are stored outside the public web and are never reachable by a direct link.

Payments

Mobile money payments are processed by Fapshi; card payments by Flutterwave. Each processes your payment under its own privacy practices. This portal records that a payment was attempted and its outcome, so your request and the payment stay linked.

If you have a question answered by chat

Where enabled, this portal uses Zoho SalesIQ to offer live chat. If you start a chat, that conversation is handled by Zoho under its own privacy practices. Chat is optional — you can always reach us by email instead (see Contact).

Account deactivation

If your account is deactivated, your email address is released so you could register again with it, but your submitted requests and payment records are kept — they're part of the review and financial record, not something tied only to an active login.

Security

Passwords are hashed, never stored in a form we could read back. Uploaded documents are kept outside the public web. Access to review and administrative functions is restricted by role and checked on every request.

Changes to this page

If this page changes in a way that matters to how your information is handled, the date above will change too. Continuing to use the portal after an update means you accept it.

Questions, or a request about your data

To ask a question, request a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to deactivate your account, contact us through the Contact page.
